At Answell, we believe AI should enhance your customer support, not frustrate your users. That's why we built smart escalation directly into our routing engine.

We intentionally cap the number of automated back-and-forth replies. If a customer's issue is too complex and requires multiple interactions, our AI recognizes its limits and gracefully steps aside.

The ticket is then seamlessly escalated to a human team member along with a full summary of the conversation. This guarantees your customers never get stuck in an endless bot loop and always receive the high-quality help they deserve.
